Hi everyone,
My wife's Inspire HR I acting strange. Swiping functionality has stopped working about 2 days ago.
I have followed the restart steps (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/) multiple times getting to the smile screen each time to no avail.
Now I want to factory reset it... But can't even get to the settings screen to do so!
We are stuck! Please help!

They'll be contacting you via email very soon. I remarked, that it's your wife's Inspire HR, but to avoid confusions please remind Support who's tracker it is! Please keep your wife's email (Fitbit account) at hand, as they we'll be asking this information to research the case.

Hi Martin and Anyone with Similar Issue,
I too had this same issue, I have a docking charger and tried the reset using it (didn't work). So I plugged in the charger that came with my fitbit and did the reset(mind you I had to hold the button for more time and had to repeat 4 times) but I was able to get my fitbit to scroll through again. I hope this is helpful.
