I am on my second FitBit Inspire HR. I've reset, restarted, everything I think might work and no luck. Looking at the forum, failure after 2 weeks appears to be the norm. All of sudden the screen goes blank, vibrates every 20 seconds and that's. all it does. I've had 2 FitBits that lasted for years. What is the deal with the Inspire HR. It's going back and I'm not going for thirds. I'll try something else..

Hi @Frustr8d I am sorry you have had these problems twice. That seems very bad luck, but most Inspires are not failing after 2 weeks. Mine is still going strong after a couple of months.

I like mine mostly, my issues are the extremely small font I can’t read without glasses and being unable to get goal notifications. I think I’ve got a total of 4 goal notifications in almost 2 months, this forum has been no help and I’ve checked and checked every setting.

Disappointingly this describes my 9 year old daughters maybe 3 week old Inspire HR. She saved her pocket money for months to be able to afford the $175 Inspire HR and within 3 weeks it basically stopped working. It'll reset ok, displaying the smiley face (ironic?!), but that's it. Tapping the screen or any other movements does not show the normal watch face any longer. I've tried the recommended restart protocol, of restarting 3 times and then letting it charge for about 3 hours, but still nothing. It's been about 4 days now and my daughter is rather upset 😞

@kikz - may I ask where your daughter bought her Inspire HR? At the Fitbit Store, it lists for $99. But back to the main subject, please contact Support if you have not already done so ... or return it to the retailer for an exchange.

@kikz $175 sounds more like a Fitbit Versa maybe? Are you sure it's an Inspire HR?

After repeated issues with both Inspire HR, I decided to replace it completely. There seem to be quite a bit of post with the same issue so wondering if there is a bigger issue. No way we can all have the same issue, try the same resolution, only to have this continue. I'd rather spend my time tracking my steps and other fitness activities. I'm spending too much time trying to make the Inspire work.
