Inspire HR Not recording Map for Bike ride

I Have a new Inspire HR. For the first few bike rides I received a map of the ride. Now theres no map. I get details of time, calories and heartbeat. Yes GPS was on my phone. Really very disappointed with this product as it seems reading forums there are so many problems similar to mine.

I tried clicking on a link you had suggested to another customer but even that didnt work either

Let me help you with your GPS map not showing for your biking activities on your Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure which instructions you tried by I suggest you do the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
