Since last week my tracker has started to not record long walks and run and is also unable to record my sleep. I see there are quite a few other topics/messages about this issue. Is there a glitch in the system? I have tried reinstalling the app etc. but nothing works and it is really frustrating. Manually logging the exercise is not a solution as it throws out overall steps etc. I hope this can be resolved ASAP. Thank you

Thank you for sharing this information about your Inspire HR that is not recording your walks, your rungs not sleep information.
Before considering other options, please try to perform a restart on your device following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar. Then check if you continue to experience the same difficulty.
In addition, please check if you've updated your firmware to the latest version available.

I have the same issue. Just started malfunctioning today. I have reset the Fitbit HR but is does not fix the problem. I have the latest firmware. Please advise as to what to do. If I log the walk it reduces the step count but it is not auto recognising walks or runs.
