Hi all. My new Fitbit is scrolling through the icons on its own. Even when it’s sitting on the table. I have restarted it to no avail. Not sure if this is relevant but the middle light on the back is flashing, not the 2 outside ones. Chewing battery power as well

@Nic65 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Inspire HR since it's scrolling though the icons but itself. By the way, thank you for restarting your Inspire HR before contacting our forums.

 

Since the issue persists, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
