Inspire HR Resting heart rate doesn't seem accurate

I’m getting so frustrated with the resting heart rate on my Inspire (or any of the other Fitbits I’ve had). I woke up this morning and checked it and it showed 68 as my resting heart rate but on the graph I only had three data points above 67 from midnight to 0700 this morning and they were 68,69 and 74

I see where your frustration is coming from. Take into consideration that resting heart rate is the number of times your heart beats per minute when you’re still and well-rested. Typically, resting heart rate ranges from 60-100 bpm, but the rate can vary based on age and fitness level.
