I’m getting so frustrated with the resting heart rate on my Inspire (or any of the other Fitbits I’ve had). I woke up this morning and checked it and it showed 68 as my resting heart rate but on the graph I only had three data points above 67 from midnight to 0700 this morning and they were 68,69 and 74
Doesn’t seem like 68 bpm is my resting heart rate!!
