Inspire HR SAYS 109% on charger take it off & nothing

Fitbit inspire says 109% on charger, take it off & it is dead, no lights come on the back ever

Hi @MMMRRRSSS  try doing a restart of the device. It's the first thing to do when there is a glitch.

I tried restart, I have tried everything I can find to do & nothing will take it off 100% while on charger take it off & there is nothing. It will restart while on charger but charge always says 100% charged.
