So I had an Inspire HR for a few months, which I loved. Then one day the screen was black and I couldn't get it to come back on. I tried troubleshooting several times and reached out to tech support. Ultimately they sent me a new Inspire HR, however I'm having a similar issue with the new Inspire HR.
I hold down the button on the side for around 20 seconds, the smiley face comes on, and then the screen goes immediately black. I haven't been able to set up with my phone or sync at all. My phone can find it, but I can't enter the code because no numbers appear on the Inspire HR screen. All I get is a brief smiley face, and then the entire screen goes black. With the new one they sent I do see the green lights flashing when I take it off the charger, so I know that it's "on." I read in a forum something about changing the clock face, but I can't even hook up to the app in order to do that. I tried guessing random numbers for the bluetooth sync, no such luck. Anyone else experiencing a similar issue? I just want to use my FitBit!

Mine is doing the same thing too...and it's a replacement that just arrived today. Aghhhhh

I am on my 2nd Inspire HR since Dec 25th 2019 & it did the same thing as the first one. I had the Fitbit flex for years & never had any trouble. This one has been terrible. Not very accurate tracking . I can run the same 4 mile route 3 times a week & the steps & miles different every time.
The black screen comes after my activities start getting all messed up, says swimming when I run & I don't change anything, misses a lot of my activities & they don't record.
This morning it started flipping to all the different screens & kept saying NO DATA then went black...nothing will happen.
Yes I am getting another replacement but this is very frustrating .
The BLACK screen...nothing there...
