Inspire HR Screen Frozen on Clock. I have went through the soft restart process several times. It comes up with the smiley face but goes right back to Clock, no change. I am plugging the cable adapter into USB port on my PC. Connecting to the Inspire HR, display shows charge state at 100%. I hold the button in for 5 seconds and nothing. I hold the button in for 9 seconds, then press 1 more time and it comes up with smiley face. But no change.
Suggestions??
