Hi All,

On my first Inspire HR (it got replaced by Fibit due to an unrelated issue) the reminder to get ready for bed would go off on my phone and my Fitbit.  Now, with the new Fitbit, it only goes off on my phone.  All the settings are the same.  Any suggestions as to why this might?

@KezB Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Thanks for the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that your sleep reminders aren't working as expected. 

 

I would like you to try the following: 

 

- Log out from the app and force quit it 

- Uninstall the Fitbit app 

- Restart your phone and Inspire HR 

- Set it up as a new device
