I was overseas and when I got back the time on my Fitbit didn't revert back to local time, although the time on my phone is correct

Hi @Esti97 Restart your Tracker and sync to your phone a couple of times. Hopefully that will fix it.

The restart, as recommended by NellyG should solve the situation.
If not, please make sure that on your phone settings you have selected manual time, and not automatic /taken from the net.
This should also be the case for on the FItbit App/ Dashboard for your time zone and location.
