Hello!
I've had my Inspire HR since Christmas. Lately the touch screen won't work other than the double-tap to wake it up. It won't let me swipe past the clock screen to see steps or any of the other features.
I've tried doing the "put on the charger and hold the side button until you get the smiley face" reset several times and it's not helped.
Any ideas?

If you restart it, yt should start working again
how to do it: put the Fitbit on its charger and hold the power button for 5 seconds then let go and a smiley face should appear and then let it restart
