Inspire HR Tracker not showing all updated stats

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got my Inspire HR about 2 weeks ago, and I'm having trouble getting the tracker to update with stats properly. Specifically, even though it successfully syncs to the app, it never shows my sleep time on the tracker, and it isn't updating my exercise days. All the other stats are fine, it's just those two. I can't find anything on this problem. The firmware is up to date, the battery is over 80%, I've restarted the tracker, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've turned off bluetooth and location services and then turned them back on - nothing fixes it.

Check that it really has been syncing.  Tap your picture icon at top left on phone app main page.  Then next to the tracker name, it show last time synced.

I've done that. It's really syncing. And all the other stats - steps,
miles, etc - update properly. Just not those two. They display properly in
the app, too, just not on the tracker.

Just wanted to check that because some fields can show correct on phone app without really having fully synced.

About exercise, have you been using the exercise app or relying on it being auto-recognized?  If relying on it being auto-recognized, give the exercise app a try.  Auto-recognize is not always reliable but anything done with exercise app automatically counts as an exercise session.  You could just start it while sitting still, then end it in a few minutes.  Tht would count as an exercise session; then sync to see if that shows up on app.

I've been using the app to track it, not the auto-recognize function. And it displays in the app properly afterwards, just not on the tracker, even though the tracker shows me the stats immediately after finishing - time, heart rate, calories. It just doesn't then show up on the pentagon as another day with exercise.

Then I'm no help.  Sorry.
