I've tried all the "magic" steps with this. I've restarted the Fitbit, I've restarted the app on my iPhone. I've shut everything down, and STILL, starting today, my Fitbit Inspire HR cannot synch with my iPhone. The app will show a growing green line until it's two-thirds across the screen. The line then turns red, and the app indicates that it could not synch. When I try to connect on my Windows PC, the app comes up with "Unable to bond." There seems to be no way to set the time on this thing, if that is the issue.

I reset the fitbit. I turned off bluetooth on my iphone, While the fitbit was still in the charger, I restarted bluetooth, and after bluetooth indicated that the fitbit was connected, I started the fitbit app. This time the fitbit was able to connect and synch. I still don't understand what changed. Everything had been working fine until the beginning of March.

The problem has persisted. Now the only way I can sync is by resetting the Inspire HR, otherwise the iPhone app is unable to find it. Did something change? I never had this issue prior to March. The Fitbit has firmware 20001.63.5. Is there a newer version of firmware fix this

Hello. My Inspire HR hasn't been zyncing for over a week now - since I upgraded my iOS. I've done all the things you have and understand how frustrating it can be. Please let me now if you get a resolution to your problem as I haven't been able to get any answer to mine. Thanks

Same here. Can't get it fixed. Just bought a new Fitbit scale to go with it, wish I hadn't wasted my money now.

A month ago, it started syncing again. It might have been an update to either the app or my iPhone, but I didn’t do anything consciously to fix the problem. It started working as mysteriously as it stopped. Thanks for the follow up.

@MikeN51 thank you for the update.
Happy to hear that your Inspire synced again even if you do anything. Could it be that you restarted your phone during this time? I have heard other members saying a phone restart helped them resolve the issue.
Still happy that you are back on track.
I'll be around.
