I had this issue a few months ago and they sent me a replacement, nothing caused it’s sudden failure to do anything. My old one was less than a year old and now the replacement won’t turn on either, it’s only 2 months old. I will not be purchasing Fitbit in the future, i can only conclude it’s just a poorly made product. I have been extra careful to not get it wet or hit/drop it against anything. I keep it clean snd charge it regularly. Just frustrating.

@allylbw Thanks for stopping by!
Sorry to hear about your unresponsive Inspire HR. Not sure if this may be a display issue or a battery one so I suggest you charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
Let me know how it goes.
