Inspire HR Won’t work unless on charger

Inspire HR stopped responding to touch, so I thought it was dead. Put it on the charger and the smiley face shows and it will turn on and work normally….shows it’s at 100 percent charge. But when I take it off the charger it turns right off

I’m having a similar issue but when I put it on the charger it smiles then says it’s at 1%. But it won’t charge. I have a feeling mine is just dead…super frustrating!
