Inspire HR Wont hold a charge

My Fitbit started acting weird about a week ago. It stops scrolling through my my options and come yesterday decided it won't hold a charge. My Inspire HR is only a few months old. It'll say that it's charging when I connect it and tell me when I got to 100% but when I disconnect it and put it on dies Within 3 hours. This is my the fourth or fifth Fitbit over the years but I have never had one mess up on me this quick. I have a large group in my family that's on fitness challenges right now and I can't participate unless I sit next to a wall charger and it kind of sucks! Is this a common problem? I've tried cleaning the ports, restarting the Fitbit, changing out the charger.... I don't know what else I can do and I really can't go buy another one right now.

WOW! I am extremely impressed with the way that Fitbit treated me and handled my dilemma. There were multiple people that contacted me and each one of them went above and beyond with trying to resolve my problem. Each individual that I talked to was nice, polite and understood where I was coming from. When I attempted to drop the claim and take a loss Fitbit didn't take no for an answer and continued contacting me until we resolved the problem. This has been one of the most Pleasant customer business experiences I've had to date. Thank you
