My active minutes on my fitbit went up to 46 however when I went to check this on the app it said 0 then it changed to 16 and the number on my fitbit then changed to 16 as well. Now the app keeps saying either 16 or 0 everytime I refresh it instead of 46. I’ve tried turning off bluetooth and turning it back on but looks like the minutes are gone. Didn’t have this issue yesterday before I updated the app to the latest version, is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi Everyone, this issue should be resolved with iOS 3.39. Please make sure your app is up to date. If you still have this issue, please let us know.

Hi @Sandrab93, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the missing active minutes issue that your Inspire HR and app experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
We haven't received reports about this issue. However, I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, try setting it up from scratch. Finally, monitor it during the next 24 hours and see if the active minutes that it tracks, don't disappear from the app.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

My Fitbit will not show the updated steps and active mins of exercise. One minute it show everything then less than s second later it will zero out. I have a IPhone XR IOS 14.4I There was supposed to be a 3.37.1 update... I can't find it in Apple or on the Fitbit app...

I have the same issue. I Already tried resetting, restarting, re pairining, deleting app and redownloading, multiple times. Restarting my phone. I contacted support and they told me to “clear data” with directions that don’t match the Inspire HR’s setup. Not sure what to do now. This is extremely frustrating and I have spent much time I want to workout doing trouble shooting. I hope they fix the app ASAP!!

Hi mine has been doing the same the last week or so...active minutes visual on Fitbit inspire hr watch and dashboard through browser. Very frustrating as have spoken to several colleagues, tried all of the resets, deleting and nothing working. No 3rd party apps involved a d no manual input of exercise, please advise!

Tried this, still getting the same issue, it says my active minutes on-screen for one second then automatically changes back to 0, didn’t have this issue before I installed the latest update of the app

This has happened to me the last 2 weekends & just now I’ve synced & had 133 active minutes, synced a few minutes later & now 8 minutes! I’ve redone & reset everything, very frustrating

The dashboard online isn’t loading all the way either. Could that be connected to the active minutes disappearing?

Same here, used online chat and got no acceptance from Fitbit that there was an issue.
