My active minutes on my fitbit went up to 46 however when I went to check this on the app it said 0 then it changed to 16 and the number on my fitbit then changed to 16 as well. Now the app keeps saying either 16 or 0 everytime I refresh it instead of 46. I’ve tried turning off bluetooth and turning it back on but looks like the minutes are gone. Didn’t have this issue yesterday before I updated the app to the latest version, is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi, I am still having this issue even after the app update. Again today my minutes just disappeared. I updated the up recently and then restarted my fitbit, followed all the previous reset instructions here to see if that would fix it. And the minutes are *still* disappearing. I also logged a ticket via the customer service line. When will this be fixed?

Any news on this? This has been happening regularly to me. Had a Versa and that was fine. Inspire HR is 3 months old. I see active minutes and related cals show up. Then the next time I sync they’re gone and the cals are reduced. The activity is showing when I look at HR tracker and steps are all correct but zero active minutes.
getting pretty annoying now.

I've come here to try and find an answer also. I am using a charge 3. I have restarted, reset, logged out and back in, taken the app off and redownloaded... Nothing so far has helped. I have literally just done 11 active minutes... It was showing right there on my watch then it reset to zero and I synced with my all and 0 active minutes. I wouldn't mind except its really messing up the bingo that I paid premium for so I feel like I've been conned big time. Nothing I'm doing is working and I've no idea what to do about it.
Okay what sorcery is this. My active minutes have literally never worked and since posting the post above they are now working
...

Nope. Didn't work for me. Still mostly 0 active minutes on all exercise.

I can see the information of a walk I did earlier... Active minutes was about 113 - now ZERO
