Fitbit inspire HR ain’t reading my HR... any advice?

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with the Inspire HR not reading your heart rate information. 

 

Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.

Ok that was a hopeless reply!! 🙄

the links sent were not helpful.... how to restart device..... the Inspire HR is not on the list sent! Google helped though! 
the second link is only relevant if the devices HR monitor is working.

My problem is with a Inspire HR.

The HR screen is grey.

No HR info in app either.
The green lights are flashing.

I can’t find anything to help on the app.

I'm having the same problem with my HR not reading. Have tried to restart but whilst I get the smiley face the fit bit will not actually turn off. Is there anything else I can try?
