Inspire HR alarm not working daily

I depend on the alarm on my HR and it only goes off on the days it "feels like it". I have it programmed for 7 days a week at 4:45 a.m.   I went off 2 days ago but not yesterday or today. I tried deleting the alarm and resetting it and rebooting the device. Nothing works. Help please.

Let me help you with your silent alarms not working and thank you for troubleshooting this. Since the issue persist I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email. I know how useful are the alarms for most of us, I hope you get back on track soon. 🙂
