Inspire HR alarms go off at the wrong times

Can anyone please tell me why when I set my alarm to wake me it rings half an hour to an hour later.

Hi @LJG123, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the alarms time issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page and make sure that you followed the steps listed when setting up the alarms.
