Every so often my alarms are nit working. When I realize it I check everything and they are all set correct. Very new Fitbit so wondering if it needs to go back or if others are having the same problem

Hi @Inspireuser That isnt a problem I have heard off often. Id suggest you try restarting the Inspire several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt then either return it for an exchange, or come back here for help.

I'm having the same issue... I've restarted 3 times. Have you had any luck? Time will tell here.

It does seem that after a couple of restarts, my alarms are working again. At least, it worked this morning. Thanks for posting!!

So... This keeps coming back up for me. Alarms will work for a few days, then one morning... Nothing. Reset a few times, alarms will work for a few days... Etc. Any ideas as to what else could be wrong? I only use my Fitbit for sleep tracking and alarm, so I'm pretty upset with it now!

I'm having the same problem.... Not working, reset and it works for a bit, then stops working again. Did you ever find a solution?

Same here, I don't want to keep doing the reset when my alarm stops working. Was wondering if Fitbit would replace it if this was a known issue. No one gone that route? I can't afford for my alarm to not go off. I'll oversleep for hours 😬

I'd like to add, this is NOT solved! As the other folks on this post have indicated, we can fix it with a reset, but the issue keeps coming back. I ONLY use this thing to monitor my sleep and wake me up. If it continues to fail me I'll have to look for something else!

The FitBit team tells us this isn't common, yet I've so far received 5 replacement devices for the very same issue and they all have had the problem. The alarm will work for a few days, then stop. They try telling me it's the motor, yet the motor works for notifications (sometimes) and the "stop being lazy and get up and move" notification at :50. So-this is NOT an uncommon issue. I've been late several times in the mornings because of relying on my FitBit Inspire to wake me up and all the replacements stop working.

I've had 5 replacements so far for this issue; but all replacements do the same thing..work for a bit, then don't.

I want to get mine replaced but don’t have any idea how to go about getting it replaced or would just like my money back.

Were you able to get a refund. I keep hoping this is going to fix itself and it doesn’t. Looks like I am not alone!

No. Mine is still under warranty so they keep sending me replacements. But even the replacements all work for a few days and then don’t. I gave up and won’t buy another FitBit again. Saving up for something else as I won’t waste money on this again.

That's annoying. It seems like a manufacturing/software flaw - not something that can be rectified by sending out a new device. 😞

I have had fit bits for 7 years & have only had inspire for 5months & the alarm doesn’t always go off?! Seems to be a Wednesday more commonly?? Why? I have set the alarm made sure it’s on? Never had an Issue with the Alta ever??

Less a reply than a confirmation that I’m having the same problem with my inspire - and, yes: Wednesday seems to be usually when it happens. I have two alarms set for daily 5:30 and 5:45 (the second one I set because I kept thinking I was sleeping through the first). Today, a Wednesday, I happened to be awake at 5:30 and... no alarm. I waited fifteen minutes and... no second alarm. Checked the app on my phone and both alarms were set and active

I'm having the same problem. It will work for a while and then all of a sudden it won't work one morning, I"ll do the reset and it will work, only to have it not work again a week or two later. There's no way to tell which day it won't work. I rely on this to wake me up in the morning. I never had this issue with the Alta. Now, only a couple months into the Inspire HR, I'm having issues. Not happy.
