Every so often my alarms are nit working. When I realize it I check everything and they are all set correct. Very new Fitbit so wondering if it needs to go back or if others are having the same problem

It happens on mine only after charging my inspire hr to 100%. It’s definitely a software issue as all the other features requiring the motor, work as they should. For months I had been pulling the inspire off charge randomly in the 90-95% range and had no issue. The only two times in the past 4 months I’ve encountered this problem is when charge reaches 100%. Also, when I check my alarms after charging to 100% they won’t sync up. If they don’t sync, they won’t go off

This is definitely not resolved. I regularly get this. I now have to occasionally go into settings, disable, enable and resync my alarms on my inspire HR. Not a great solution as it is random over how long before they stop working and you only find out when it is too late if you’re relying on alarms to wake up. There must be a technical fix for this.

Great details, should help the tech team duplicate the issue and then solve it. Has anyone from Fitbit acknowledged your helpful post?

Again just confirming I’m having the same issue. Worked fine for over a year and used the alarm every day, now it’s hit and miss and mainly not working. Super annoying as it’s one of the key reasons I have a fit bit. Will try the restarts mentioned and not charging to 100% and getting a few device, but annoying to hear none of them are per inane fixed.

I just tried deleting all of my fit bit alarms, and then creating a new one and that worked. Usually I’d just edit an existing alarm, maybe try that? Will see how long that holds for.

I have my fitbit versa 3 for like a year now and here to suddenly the alarm stopped working. And it IS set, because when you check or test, the alarm that didn't go of automaticly set itselfs for the next day. I dubbel checked if it was set for today and not accidently tomorrow. But after the time it should have gone off passed, it is set for the next day.
I did restart my fitbit. It DOES work now. But reading those replies, I'm scared I have to reset it a certain period again and again. Not knowing if my alarm will get of the next morning. And I must say waking up with fitbit is my prefered alarm.
