I love Fitbit products. I really do.
But the Inspire HR has shaken my confidence. I purchased it in January and had problems with the silent alarm after only a few weeks.
Yes, I reset the band frequently, and removed / added my single weekday alarm, to no avail. Fitbit sent me a replacement, and that worked for a bit over a week before it, too, failed to wake me up.
I now have to send the units back to Fitbit before I can select another model (since I bought my original from Amazon, I am no longer eligible for a refund).
Fitbit, please fix the basic function of the silent alarm across all of your products. I want to stay with your products, but the idea that such a basic function doesn't work is very very disappointing.
Thank you for reading.

It's great to see you around, @TCozz.
I am sorry for the delay in respond, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
About your alarms issue, I appreciate your preference to our products and the feedback provided about this. It's great to hear that you contacted support and were offered a solution. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.
I will see you around. 🙂

Same thing is happening to me. My old Charge Hr of 4 years stopped working and wanted to stay with the Fitbit family of products. The Inspire I purchased in March 2020, the alarm has not been consistent to go off for times set. Very disappointing seeing now that others have had this issue too. I did chat with a rep today and since it is within warranty I can either replace with another InspireHr or get a new product at 50% off. Definitely don't want another Inspire , but not happy with other option either.
