I click the button to turn off the display and it won't. I try to turn off the double tap option in the settings and it won't respond. The battery drains in a matter of a couple hours. I just want the display to sleep and not CONSTANTLY ON draining the battery.

I've tried charging, rebooting, and going through the settings. Double tap won't turn off and the screen won't turn off.
