Inspire HR and Mi phone

Hello,

I bought Fitbit one month back. I thought as Fitbit is global brand it will provide great services in return but seems like it failed to provide basic services itself like it does not sync by default we need to do the Bluetooth on off then in notification we have to click on sync... If you create a device at least you should make your device in such a way that it will sync by default once phone where device installed and watch are in nearby area ... To be honest China products are more good than your stupid Fitbit... you should work on your stupid product first then launching new models...

@SandhyaBelekar, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you syncing your Inspire HR with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I personally have a Xiaomi MI 8 lite and I am able to get notifications and sync with my device.

Let me know how it goes.
