Inspire HR and Moto G6 Play

I just purchased the Inspire HR and set it up with no problems to my Moto G6 Play. Then a week later it stopped syncing. Called customer service and went through all the troubleshooting steps but when they asked me to reset to factory, it didn't do this completely. Some data was erased but not others. It did reset the clock but because I cannot sync to my phone anymore, cannot reset the clock. This phone is not on the list of compatible phones but it has the requirements listed, Android 8.0.0 and Bluetooth 4.2. Also tried my Samsung Tab A tablet but no go. Does anyone have this phone and been successful with syncing? Is there anyway to reset the clock on the Inspire devise itself? I loved this tracker while it was working but now thinking will have to return as the factory reset will not work. If it did and I could reset the clock, I could enter my stats manually into the app for now until I can afford to do a phone or tablet upgrade. Full disclosure, I do not have a computer. Also I do have a ticket in with customer service to see if they can come up with something more than phone not compatible.I have another 20 days to decide if I will return and get my full refund.

Hi @TheRoyalKitties There is no way  set the time except by syncing to a device with the correct time. Do you know anyone with a compatable phone you could use, just to sync to get the time correct ?

I was able to get it to sync to my tablet. I unpaired it from my account
and tried again. Seems to be Bluetooth issues with my phone but was able to
sync with m
The tablet by adding a "new devise". Got the time fixed. Can't get
notifications or use the GPS since not using the phone but that's ok. At
least I can use it.

Thanks.
