Inspire HR and app showing different information

My Inspire HR lost its Bluetooth connection this morning. After about an hour in finally reconnected. But now my app on my iPhone is displaying different information than my actual Fitbit Inspire HR. I’ve sync them several times and it’s still different. Can someone help me or do I need to call customer service?
