This doesn’t happen every day but occasionally the movement each hour stats don’t update on the app. My watch shows 3 out of 10 hours but the app only shows 1. I’ve tried resetting the watch and then syncing. I’ve also tried logging out of the app and logging back in. I’m not sure what else to try

Let me help you with your hourly steps not matching between your phone and your tracker and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you retry logging out from the app but now restart your phone, after this log back in. If the issue persists then try removing the reminders to move, save and sync then add it again.
