Inspire HR and iPhone 12 won't stay paired

I would like to get notifications (email, messages, etc.) on my InspireHR but it won't pair properly. It will show up in the bluetooth list, but then get bumped down to "other devices" which means it is not currently paired. I've tried the usual restarts and re-pairing, so any new ideas on how to get these two to get along? Thanks in advance for your help with this!

Hi @BigOleVal, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't pair properly with your phone's Bluetooth. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
