I am tearing my hair out with this issue. 

My app does not show my heart rate. The Fitbit is tracking it, but on the app nothing. I’ve read how to fix it, but can’t as the dashboard on both the app and computer do not have the option of turning heart rate on or off. It’s just not there in the settings. I’ve sat for ages going through everything, but no heart rate. 

 

How do I fix this? Thank you

Sorry to hear that your Fitbit app isn't showing your heart rate and thank you for trying to troubleshoot this issue. Try logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date.

Hi, I do this and it shows heart rate on app for a while, then stops again. I did it again and the same happened. In total I did it 3 times and currently no heart rate on app.

 

It’s unacceptable, this issue with the HR Inspire has been going on for ages for numerous people. There must be a fix for it. If not why aren’t Fitbit sorting it out.
