Hello,
My fitbit Inspire HR's screen is experiencing an issue. I have a msg on the screen that won't disappear, asking me to start the mobile app and to charge it afterwards.
The mobile app has been started and mI have already charged my fitbit device.

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Inspire HR.
I'm not sure if you are trying to set up your device with the Fitbit app. Please, navigate away from the Bluetooth settings on your phone and go to your Fitbit app and log in if you aren’t logged in already. You should receive a message asking you if you want to pair your Inspire HR with your phone. Confirm that you do and follow the on screen instructions listed here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hello, thank you for answering! I no longer have this issue since I placed my Fitbit device in the charger, removed it, and put it back at least 7-8 times. After that, the double writing on the screen disappeared. 🙂
