Inspire HR badges won't update

My earned badges have not updated for over a year. I will earn, let’s say, 25,000 steps a day, and the app doesn’t show that I’ve earned a badge. None of my steps in a year have earned lifetime badges either past the Russian Railway badge. I have an Inspire HR.

I re-sync my Fitbit daily, and have reset it multiple times over the year. I’ve logged in and out of the app online and on my phone. I’ve restarted my phone many times. I honestly don’t know what else to do. I’ve followed some other suggestions on the forum and that doesn’t help. The Fitbit tracks steps accurately, as well has HR, sleep, etc. This just seems to be an issue with the badges. Please help! Thanks!

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app? I also recommend reviewing if you're manually logging activities as they don't count toward step badges.
