Inspire HR band clip device on watch has broken off

My Fitbit Inspire HR fell off my wrist yesterday without me touching it. The band had come away from the watch. I tried to reattach it but noticed that the hole on the watch face itself had broken off. The band and metal pin is still intact. What can I do as changing the band won’t help? It is currently unwearable. Can I get a replacement?

@AmandaSnips Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry about the broken piece of your Inspire HR. However, I noticed that you contacted our Support team and they took care of the issue and provided a replacement. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.

As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.

@AmandaSnips I had this problem too with my Fitbit Inspire, there pin and band were still in tact but where you put the band & pin into the device, broke away, sitting on my dressing table, still works but can't wear it, in desperation I resorted to good old super-glue but sadly it only held for a short time before breaking away in the same place again, back on the dressing table it is.

Good luck in trying to repair it 😬🤞

Hi Loulabelle
After I wrote the post I decided to contact the Fitbit support team via their live chat. Daniel asked me to upload a photo of the broken watch and checked my warranty status (from their end), which was still valid. Within 5 minutes of contacting them, I was offered a replacement watch or 50% off a new model. It’s probably worth you trying this too!
