Inspire HR band comes off and not syncing

Hello,  I recently purchased an HR Inspire.  One side of the watch continues to release the band and I can not get it to stay secure - and I loose pins along the way.  Also, the synching is an issue as well - it just stops synching and then I have to jump through hoops to get it to start again, only to have it stop in a couple weeks.  I hope to get some help on this or I will need to return my device and try something different.

@SNickel63 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing and its band not latching and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Regarding the band I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Let me know how it goes.
