I bought a fit bit from the fit bit online store my daughter and she only
or couple of weeks before the band kept coming off and on inspection part of section that hold watch has broken.
I wrote email that hasn’t been replied to which I am. Very unhappy about I spoke to someone at Fitbit but as I have not got purchase receipt email ( perhaps I made error in email when I bought ). I have the visa statement saying when I bought it.
I have looked about his to return it on app but all I can get to is returns policy but not how to return. I old bought it on July 29 please help

I noticed tonight i have an inspire hr as well, The little metal clip ball has broken off.. i have a face cover on and i wanted to change the cover but can’t figure out how to get the band off now. Please help!! Confused!!!!

I just had this exact same thing happen to me!!! I purchased the Inspire HR 1/31/2020. And the other day it just fell off out of nowhere. Luckily I did not lose the pin that holds the band in but when I looked at it closer there is a large piece of plastic that seems to have just broken off and now the band will no longer clasp in. How can I have this replaced?
