Inspire HR band keeps falling off

I just got my Fitbit inspire yesterday. Last night it fell off for the first time when I was going to sleep. I tried to put the band back on but it would not stay so I decided to look at it again in the morning. I can barely get the Fitbit on my wrist before the band pops off the device again. This is really frustrating considering I haven’t even had the device for a whole 24 hours yet. Not sure if it’s the band or the device that’s the issue.
