I just purchased a brand new Fitbit inspire HR and none of the bands I purchased online stay inside. They keep popping out and I’m not sure if it’s the band itself or the tracker. Can anyone help with this?

Hi @JazzC did you buy authentic Fitbit bands or did you buy something from Amazon or eBay? Some of the knock off versions aren't quite the same.

Yes I bought a multi pack on Amazon and nearly all of them don’t work. Maybe that’s the problem? 🤔

@JazzC unless they are authentic Fitbit bands, there might be something not quite right that makes it not work for you. I'd contact Amazon and ask them. You can buy bands directly from Fitbit, too.

Okay thanks do only the Fitbit bands from the website work ? Or can I go to like target or something and find some there ?

@JazzC as long as they are Fitbit bands purchased from an authorized retailer, they will be the right ones and come with a warranty. Target, Best Buy and Walmart are just a few of the retailers.
