Hello Fitbit community! I have had my Inspire HR for a few months now. I wear it to work out, and try not to get it wet. It does get wet when I was my hands, but I wipe it down with a dry towel.
I have noticed that the band is looking not so great these days. It's grimy and even looks to have white residue on it sometimes. Compared to the silicon band on my old Alta, the band on the Inspire looks not as nice. Is it a quality issue? Please share your thoughts!

It's great to see you around @Susi985. Thanks for sharing details about your experience with Inspire HR.
I appreciate that you mentioned you've taken care of it. I would like you to make sure you've tried these Wear & Care tips. If your band still looks grimy, please provide me with a picture of it.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

@SilviaFitbit, thanks for your input! The band that came with my Inspire looks dull, the band holder has stretched out, and just overall that the quality is not up to par with the band on my Alta. My mom took my Alta, which still has the original band. The Alta looks amazing. My Inspire band, which is much, MUCH newer, looks worn, dull, and has an odd texture. According to my research, both the Alta band and the Inspire band is made of the same material. However, the Inspire band is wearing down much MUCH quicker.
Both bands are living a very similar life. I wore both for working out (if anything the Alta had a much rougher go at it), for sleeping for sleep tracking, and at work (desk job with lots of typing). The Inspire looks bad, even after cleaning.
I'm looking into possibly purchasing a new band, maybe the leather one, but I hate wearing leather when I workout. I feel like I would ruin the leather. The metal/leather band would look great while at work!
