Inspire HR band

I have only had the Inspire HR for a bit over 13 months and already the area which holds the band on is worn so unfortunately the band won't stay on! I took it to a jewelers and no way to fix it. 😡

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.

Thanks for your response Davide. I was able to send the whole Fitbit back and awaiting them to receive it then they will send a new one.

I am also having this problem and I had bought this in November. Is there anyway you can put me in contact with customer support. Thank you.

I only had mine Inspire for about 18 hours.  Wore it one time and it fell off my wrist.  Had to replace.  Bought another Inspire and 2 belt clips.  Black one fell off within 1-2 weeks.  Thankfully, someone turned that Fitbit in and I was able to get it back.  Used the other clip.  It just fell off after 1-2 weeks and hasn't been turned into store.

@SherriLMiner, the Customer Support team may be able to assist if the wristband is damaged, unfortunately since the device and bands have been lost, I don't believe they would be able to provide further assistance. You can check the complete information about limited warranty here
