My band keeps opening and falling off by the Fitbit portion. I flick my wrist and it flies off. I’m afraid to loose it.

I bought a couple different colored bands to use, so have taken them on & off frequently. But I am very disappointed that it now appears the actual Fitbit spot, where you insert the little metal post thingy, actually shattered off ... so there's no way to keep any band on there now!
