Since a few days my fitbit Inspire HR loses battery within a few hours instead of days like normally. When I turn on the screen there are 'ghost touches' where the screen scrolls and moves by itself. Furthermore the screen is blocked and displays the diamond shaped fitbit logo with the number 100 or 001 below it. Then only resetting the device makes it work.
I have tried reseting the device multiple times but it stays the way it is. The device is less then two years old and I haven't used it in any abnormal way. The current state makes the fitbit unusable for me. Is there any solution or fix to this type of problem?

I have been kicked out of chat with support twice so via that channel I was not able to receive help. Also there it was said that my battery functions normal according to their data although in practice the battery loses around 20% per hour.
I have also send an email to support but this has not been answered. I have no idea how else I can contact support besides broken chat, email and this forum.
