Inspire HR battery drain

swam first time with inspire HR

wouldn’t scroll

charged it

reset 

that worked 

full charged as I get 3 days out of a charge 

started this morning at 100% charge in 5 hours Fitbit  dead.

Mine did this too. Chatted with support and got nowhere. So now I have a dead, completely useless, FitBit.

Exact same problem.  I called tonight and they did some troubleshooting and then said someone will call me back.  Never received a phone call.

Hi, I’m having the same issues with the battery, however, I’m having to charge it twice a day and I’ve only had my Inspire HR for 7 months.  I have done the troubleshooting etc and to be honest, it got worse after the restart! I am very disappointed as the battery was lasting 5-6 days, now it’s less than 12hours!  I still have the purchase receipt and it’s still under warranty, so what do I need to do to get a replacement?

Hi, I have tried the live chat but it doesn’t work, I click on it and nothing happens.  Is there an email address I can use, or can you advise where to find.  My FitBit is totally useless... battery life lasts less than 5 hours, I can’t even wear it during the day, needs to remain on charge until I get home and go for a run, then it goes on charge again!! Unacceptable for a high end item that is only 7-8 months old, which is currently not doing what I purchased it for!
