Inspire HR battery draining and heart rate tracking issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Noticed that the little heart on the display is gray in color and there is not heart rate displayed.

Also the battery was down to 17% last night.  Let it charge for 10 hours.  It was at 100% when I took it off the charger.  Wore it while I was sitting and reading and the battery dropped to 56%.

I have restarted it and that did not help.

Thank you for your suggestions.  I did try them and to no avail.  Now the device face is totally black, and will not charge.

I have had this issue of the battery draining with other FitBits and I honestly think I just buy another. What is frustrating is that it is not a gradual decrease in the ability to hold a charge. It just happens one day to dump the charge rapidly. The link to the article from the moderator is of no help. Mine was working just fine up until yesterday. It charged fully but was down to 8% by 9:00 am. I have restarted the device numerous times. I cannot see if it needs a firmware update. The lack of help from Fitbit has been frustrating and the fact that I have owned several has me thinking it is time to look for a different brand.

Good luck to you! Maybe someone will see this and find you some answers.
