Inspire HR battery draining fast and no green lights

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Inspire HR for just over a year, and after I went swimming, it stopped working. I let it dry out for over a week, then tried to restart it several times. Now the display and options work, but there are no green lights, and the battery is dead within a couple hours.

This is my second Fitbit to die just after the warranty is up ( 1 Alta died just before warranty was up and was replaced, but then the replacement died shortly thereafter and 1 Inspire). I’m thinking it is time to try a different brand. Super frustrating!

Also, I’ve been trying for the past two days to contact live chat, but keep getting redirected saying the page is missing.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @Carebeargirl. Sorry for the late response.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided about the steps that you already followed and regarding the battery of your Inspire HR that is draining too fast and the green lights that are not turning on.

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
