I charge my Inspire HR and the charge only last a couple of hours. When I take it off the charger it does say 100% but then it doesn’t last at all

I am having the same issue!!! And I was only offered 35% on thier website. No other help, I have tried doing the things mentioned to try fixing it. Rubbing Alcohol, charging and resetting.
It's so unfortunate that is all customer service can do. My Fitbit is roughly two months out of warranty. The customer service rep actually told me to do research otherwise and if the 35% is good to use it. Unbelievable that they would not try to make customers stay and help more!!

Were you in warranty? Or they offered?
