Inspire HR battery draining issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My inspire HR is about 2 years old and has always worked fine. I woke up about a month ago and it won't hold a charge for more than 4 hours. I've done everything I can to save battery life. Turned off heart rate, notifications, etc. But shouldn't I be able to continue using these features? Is my fitbit just too old? How would the battery go from 4 days to 4 hours overnight? The only thing I can think of is that the heart rate light won't shut off. Please help!

@Diannnnna Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit device is also experiencing battery draining issues, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.

Finally, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the battery doesn't drain too fast.

Hope this helps.
