Looks like the battery issue has returned. I charged up on Saturday. This morning (Monday) I had the exclamation mark on my fitbit face. Down to 18%. What happened to 3-4 days span between charges? Will try another face, even though I hate all but the one I have. 😞
Also still not getting the sleep icon. It's almost always greyed out. It's been weeks since it registered anything. Logs on the dashboard, but not on the unit. I've only had it about 6 or 7 months. Restarted more than once. Doesnt help.

@naniq Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR battery draining quickly and sleep icon and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
For the sleep logs you can try logging sleep on your account, save and sync your tracker. If needed try restarting after this.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello,
I've had my Inspire HR for a few weeks now, and always worked around its short battery life; until a couple days ago.
It seems that the device will INDICATE a full charge quickly, but it is not actually fully charged. Let it stay on the charger for three or four hours. then try it out... I'll guess that the battery will last for a few days.
I was thinking that the device charged very quickly, but it needs much more time on the charger than what it indicates while connected.
Good luck, happy running/walking

Hi
Reset the devise. Sleep still greyed out. I've reset it numerous times already, so I wasn't actually expecting that to work. 😞
