About a week ago, my Inspire HR started draining battery super quick (1 full charge = maybe 1 day). I hadn’t changed any of my settings (1 charge used to be like 4-5 days) and made sure all the energy-draining things were turned off. Now when I fully charge it, the display blinks on and off constantly. I have restarted it several times. I only bought this 6 months ago. Help!

@JWTurtle It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR battery draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.

The same thing is happening to my Inspire HR. About 2 weeks ago my battery was low (4 days since last charge), so I put it on the charger. Took it off 2 hours later, said it was 100% charged. Wore it overnight, and by the time I got home from work the next evening the battery was at 5%. All day I noticed the screen kept turning on and off by itself. No change in settings or activity, Fitbit App was logged out, no nitifications, using a basic clock face. I restarted it several times, uninstalled and reinstalled it on my phone, checked for updates- interestingly my issue started within 2 days of the last logged update. I let the battery completely die, then charged it for a few hours with no improvement. I literally went from 4 days of power to less than 24 hours. I just took it off the charger 65 minutes ago, and it has dropped from 100% to 87% without me doing anything. It is less than a year old.

The exact same thing is happening with my Inspire HR - I have tried all the suggestions in this post and nothing has helped. Very frustrating. I bought my Inspire HR in February (5 months old). What is the next step? Is this product still under warranty? Thanks for your help.

Same deal with one I bought this last February for my girlfriend. Is giving on basic sleep details always, and battery last only a short time.
